Thanks! Do you have a suggestion/idea for what we can/should maybe change or improve?

Not sure if there's a way past people posting here, as it's in the rules, and almost every post here is followed by "use <#1024686103598477383>" already. The only thing I can think of is to move the channel to the bottom of the list, but it'd be pretty lonely down there

I was interested in anything that might pop up in the channel previously, but lately it's been nothing but NE, and it's not my wheelhouse sadly

Mea culpa! Im not an avid Discord user and missed the rules book. A way to make it more visible (red ! emoji or something?) would most likely have helped me

I feel like welcome/intro/general stand out way more, although rules should be first priority for new users I agree

Is there any value in having a welcome channel? It seems like noise to me

Personally I like seeing when new people join

I know, I mean in terms of getting eyes on the rules

I suppose in other servers I just have a bot like Dyno posting when people join and leave to a private logs channel

Ah right. I've briefly checked and there are some more settings we can add to comply to rules and show specific channels when joining. I changed that a little bit but not all yet since I didnt have time for testing yet

The welcome screen could prioritise the engine channels if that's what you mean 👍
