So for same-origin content you can use HTMLMesh, an example is here: https://threejs.org/examples/?q=vr#webxr_vr_sandbox
For cross-origin content it is harder to get it into a texture unfortunately. What I've seen done is that content is overlayed with CSS3D to match the perspective of your scene (no occlusion etc. in this case, but good enough for examples like you have above)
