Uncompressed there is map missing but there is still another one based on the inspector but other than that I cant seem to find a difference.

This seems to be caued by progressive textures - could you try disabling it for these individual textures (using the Compression and LOD settings on the Needle Engine component).

And would it be possible to DM me the material you're using on the cloud particles including the texture?

The issue has been resolved with the latest Needle Engine release (4.12.0)
