Markdown is newest i think, downloaded it few hours ago

Ok, yeah, that should "just work" out of the box Are you sure the settings aren't in one of the foldout headers?

Could you click the three dots on the Markdown Tools header and enable dev options? It should show which Base Shader GUI it should have

some packages had some materials and shader graphs but nothing else
OK, I think I'll need your shader, doesn't repro trivially in a fresh one
when i enable Allow material override, in material inspector it shows this _Zwrite
this is how it should look like (and does for me right now), the "Surface" and "Advanced" options should show below the custom ones
with disabled it disapers

- only URP in project or also HDRP?
- which OS and version?
- which system locale (language)?

my partner have same project (we are using SVN), and windows 10, but its same - no override
not sure if this is important but i downloaded markdown with open upm:
CD to project dir openupm add com.needle.shadergraph-markdown
