yes i tried this and then it says the connection to the needle cloud was refused

hello again, unfortunately i cant manage to fix this issue and i think the error is somewehre in the needle cloud. i want to host the files locally and use the "build: develpment" or "build:Production" features but they are greyed out. is it not possible with the edu license?
