From the logs it seems like your subscription started on 14th of april and your trial ended on 18th of april which is when the subscription became active. But you cancelled on 28th of april which would be 10 days late.
Note: No channel in our discord is locked based on subscription status, you should be able to message in any channel. For licensing questions however it's better to email to [email protected] directly.

I cancelled prior to payment being made. Stripe was trying to hit my debit card for awhile, without funds in it. I didn't react quickly because I already knew I was not going to use Needle. I was SURE to cancel prior to moving money into that account in order to cover rent. So, fyi, Stripe was definitely not aware of my account cancellation... and thanks for following up. I am trying to avoid a late fee on rent which is $550, which i can't afford. i moved exactly what i need to the account prior to Needle charging me.
Hi <@845820146526322698> stripe was aware of the cancellation. I checked the stripe logs when I replied above to understand what had happened.
You got charged because the cancellation happened after the subscription began, which is why the payment processing started.
Sorry that this might have caused trouble for you, it was not intentional on our side, I just want to be clear that it was neither a bug nor malicious behaviour.
I didn't get a reply via DM yet - so in case you didn't see it, we triggered a refund shortly after we received your message.
